I am Ms. Hintz, Instructional Technology Specialist in RRISD.  I have been in Texas for a year and a half. Prior to that I have lived in Zimbabwe, Latvia, Korea, Idaho, Kansas, Arizona, Washington, Canada, and born in California. 

This short movie clip was taken as I was sitting in a canoe on lake Kariba in Zimbabwe.  Moments later this elephant became annoyed and charged at us in the canoe.  We started yelling and scared it the other way.  All limbs on still attached!

    Hi, Ms. Hintz,

    I saw your list of teacher websites. Off the top of your head, do any of them have good project ideas by grade/unit for multiple learning modes (musical, naturalist, linguistic, etc.)?
